When women cook together, we are passing down more than recipes—we are passing down wisdom, resilience, and a deep understanding of what it means to nourish.

Hot and Fresh From the Kitchen
Hello, my name is Julia.
Cooking has become my way of creating balance—nourishing both body and soul. As a chef and healthy lifestyle advocate, I believe food is one of the most powerful ways to cultivate wellness and joy.
I earned my Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and began my career training in some of Atlanta’s top five-star restaurants. From there, I transitioned into restaurant management, gaining a deeper understanding of the industry. While I loved the fast-paced world of professional kitchens, I found my true calling as a personal chef—where I could connect one-on-one with clients and help them achieve lasting wellness through food.
Beyond the kitchen, I’m committed to creating positive change in our communities. As the co-chair of the Atlanta Chapter of Slow Foods International, I work to promote sustainable, accessible, and wholesome food for all. I also support other incredible organizations, including World Central Kitchen, Wholesome Wave, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank—each working to improve food security and equity.
I find inspiration everywhere—whether I’m reading a great book, going for a run, or spending time with friends. I also love swimming, yoga, and traveling. I believe every day is a fresh start, and I’m passionate about helping others make the most of their opportunities.
Curious about what inspired me to start Everyday Alchemy? My personal health and wellness journey played a big role—read my story here to learn more.
We hope you enjoy your time on the site. Thanks for stopping by!
